The Peer Round Table Discussion Forum is a national, virtual convening hosted by Safe Housing Alliance through a series of Zoom meetings to facilitate discussion. In total, there are four sessions for this project request. The sessions are designed to elevate the voices and expertise of rural, grassroots, and faith-based organizations serving survivors of domestic violence who are often excluded from formal Continuum of Care (CoC) systems. Through facilitated peer dialogue, the forum creates a trusted space for participants to share community-rooted housing practices, identify systemic barriers to coordinated housing access, and explore solutions that reflect real-world survivor needs. The series includes an initial interest meeting, regional round table discussions, and a culminating large-group convening, all aimed at ensuring grassroots organizations are engaged as authentic collaborators informing funding, training, policy, and system design to advance survivor-centered, equitable housing strategies.
